  • Net absorption ended Q4 2025 with 289,000 sq. ft. in positive absorption.
  • Gross activity declined to 1.5 million sq. ft. in Q4 2025 from nearly 2.2 million sq. ft. from Q3 2025.
  • Asking lease rates remained relatively stable for OC quarter-over-quarter at $1.61 NNN per sq. ft. per month, only decreasing $0.01 from $1.62 NNN per sq. ft. per month in Q3 2025.
