Condominium: Ten new projects were launched, totaling 3,377 units, with the highest proportion in the Mid-range segment (THB 2-4 million per unit). 
Tourism: Chonburi welcomed 13.7 million visitors in the first half of 2025, reflecting a 3.4% Y-o-Y increase. Thai visitors surged by 10.6% Y-o-Y, accounting for 61% of total arrivals. 
Hotel: Pattaya hotel market comprises 32,046 keys across 142 properties. Performance in H1 2025 saw a slowdown in occupancy, but ADR remained stable.
