Philadelphia Life Sciences Figures Report Q1 2023

Amidst macroeconomic uncertainty, particularly in the capital markets, the Philadelphia region still managed to post a modest level of life sciences activity to start 2023. 2022 set records for life sciences leasing activity in Philadelphia, and having another banner year in 2023 was always going to be difficult.  However, it was encouraging for the market to have two major construction projects move full-steam ahead and break ground, and for over 125,000 sq. ft. of deals to sign between the city and suburbs.
