As the United States remains in a period of economic uncertainty, anticipating a third
consecutive quarter of negative GDP growth, multifamily housing continues to be a stable
investment and appealing destination for capital. While single family home prices in the Philadelphia region dropped nearly 2% YOY, rents in the area rose significantly; urban Philadelphia rents increased by 16.5% and rents in the rest of the metro by 10.7%.
