  • Downtown Seattle has not likely bottomed out yet in terms of vacancy, though improvements in other fundamentals may push demand for office space. 

 

  • Signs of stabilization are becoming apparent in the overall availability of space on the Eastside, with a minor decrease noticed on a quarter-over-quarter basis. Sublease availability, however, saw an uptick, increasing by approximately 187,000 sq. ft.

 

  • Compared to the previous quarter, the Class A direct asking rate decreased by $0.54 to $49.64 per sq. ft., per year, full service, regionally.
