Take-up across UK logistics markets totalled 25.6m sq ft in 2025, strongly outperforming 2024 by 22%. Space under construction fell throughout the year to 18.8m sq ft in Q4 2025. However, the vacancy rate increased to 7.08% in Q4, driven by rising secondhand vacancy over 2025.
