In Q1 2026, UK logistics take-up totalled 5.3m sq ft, 29% higher than the prior quarter.
The majority of the quarter’s take-up was by 3PL/distribution occupiers (38%), followed by retail sector at 30.3%, of which 20% was food retail.
The UK vacancy rate fell by 34bps quarter-on-quarter to 6.76%.
