In Q4 2025, UK logistics take-up totalled 4.3m sq ft, bringing total take-up for 2025 to 25.6m sq ft, 22% higher than 2024.
The West Midlands saw the highest leasing volumes for Q4, while the East Midlands recorded the highest take-up across 2025.
