Warsaw and Poland Living Figures Q2 2025

In Warsaw, in Q2 2025, transactions were concluded for 2,897 new apartments. Developers launched the sale of 3,854 apartments. As a result, the total number of new apartments available at the end of the quarter amounted to 17,011 units. The average offer price of a new apartment at the end of Q2 2025 in Warsaw was PLN 18,153/sq m.

In June 2025, the resources of institutional investors in Poland included 24,900 residential units rented on a free market basis. The announced investment plans involve the construction of another 24,500 units. In H1 2025, the leasing of 2,300 units across eleven projects was launched.
