‒ The availability rate was 19.6%, down 10 bps (basis points) quarter-over-quarter and down 180 bps from a year ago.
‒ Quarterly net absorption was positive 128,000 sq. ft.—the sixth consecutive quarter of positive absorption.
‒ The average asking rent was $30.03 per sq. ft., flat quarter-over-quarter but up 1% year-over- year.
