As of the end of Q1 2025, the total office stock in Wroclaw reached approximately 1.36 million sq m. This quarter saw no new completions, indicating a pause in development activity. The current pipeline remains unchanged from previous reports, with only two projects scheduled for delivery in 2025, which will collectively add around 23,600 sq m to the market.
