Amid the pandemic shutdowns, the retail space was particularly challenged. At the time, retailer Psycho Bunny had only five stores. Due to the success of the product and the growth expectations of the brand, the store leveraged market conditions to launch a robust expansion campaign into some of the best retail spaces in the world. Kenny Minzberg is their CDO and helped to facilitate their transition from a primarily e-commerce and wholesale brand to one that has prominent physical locations across the country.
