Cathy Delcoco is a Vice Chair within CBRE’s advisory and transaction services group, specializing in the corporate representation of clients in the government contracting, media and technology industries. She joined CBRE in 1989 and has continually been recognized as a top performer for the company. In the last five years, Cathy and her team have closed more than 950 transactions, totaling over $3 billion and 20-plus million square feet. Her clients include Booz Allen Hamilton, Ortbital ATK (now Northrop Grumman), comScore, Alion Technology and Bechtel.

Cathy is a well-respected expert in corporate real estate and has presented at numerous events and been featured in publications such as Bisnow, The Washington Business Journal, and The Washington Post.
