With nearly two decades of multifamily development, operations, and brokerage experience, Mr. Ballard has completed over 150 transactions totaling 100,000 multifamily units valued over $25 billion throughout his career. Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Ballard served as a Vice Chair at Cushman & Wakefield and a Senior Managing Director in Newmark’s Boca Raton office. At Newmark, he founded the firm’s South Florida Land Division and was lead broker on land transactions representing nearly 4,000 units with an expected development value of over $1 billion.
