John Morris leads CBRE’s Industrial & Logistics business in the Americas. In this role he oversees the industry’s largest and most comprehensive industrial services platform, which includes an integrated suite of advisory services for both occupiers and investors.


Mr. Morris leads a team of more than 840 Industrial and Logistics professionals who deliver unrivaled transaction services and optimized real estate advisory solutions, leveraging CBRE’s deep expertise in supply chain, project management, location incentives, labor analytics, property management and valuations. Together, these professionals executed more than 12,000 sale and lease transactions across the U.S., Canada and Latin America in 2020, representing a transaction value of almost $60 billion.


Mr. Morris, who joined CBRE in 2019, is a commercial real estate veteran with more than 30 years of executive management experience. Prior to CBRE, he spent 13 years at Cushman & Wakefield in various roles including Executive Managing Director of Logistics and Industrial in the Americas from 2012 to 2018; Retail leader in the Americas from 2017-2018; and Senior Managing Director of Global Business Consulting from 2005-2012.
