Chris also leads CBRE’s National Retail Partners (NRP), the leading retail investment sales team in the U.S., backed by the most powerful retail and capital markets platforms in the world. NRP’s local expertise, deep market knowledge and collaborative network allow them to deliver exceptional property sale outcomes and drive real value for their clients from coast to coast. Over the last ten years, the NRP has been responsible for more than $62 billion retail investment sales through more than 2,100 assets.


Chris has led multiple $1 billion+ portfolio sales assignments and has passion for working on a strategic level with clients to help set achievable goals, formulate creative solutions, and to produce excellent results. Chris has enjoyed leadership roles in all phases of retail commercial real estate, including investment sales, retail development and retail operations. Chris’s outside activities and interests include coaching, cooking, travel, soccer and woodworking. He has been a big brother with Big Brother/Big Sisters since 1990.
