He oversees all real estate investment and development activities in that country and is responsible for spearheading the company’s continued growth in the Andean region. Tom has been active in the multifamily industry since 2006 and has extensive experience sourcing, structuring, underwriting, planning, entitling, and managing real estate projects in the United States and throughout Latin America.
