Pete is the President and CEO of Lillibridge Healthcare Services (LHS), a premier medical office building (MOB) operating company focused on property management, leasing, construction management and advisory services which supports more than 15,000 physician tenants daily in 20 million managed sq. ft. of MOB space across 32 states. He also serves as Executive Vice President for its parent company Ventas, a healthcare REIT, where he is responsible for the Company’s growing integrated Office platform which represents approximately 30% of the Company’s net operating income (NOI) and combines the LHS MOB and university-based life science and innovation center portfolios. He is also responsible for the Company’s post-acute and hospital portfolio representing an additional 20% of the Company’s NOI.
