Downtown Tacoma Worker Mobility Patterns

Beyond employee surveys and turnover data, office landlords and tenants are eager to understand employee and consumer mobility patterns. This short report addresses worker mobility to Tacoma’s Central Business District (CBD), shedding light on when most employees are physically present and how long they typically remain in the CBD. We expect these findings to continue to be relevant to all stakeholders in our local office market well into the future.
