2024 has proven to be a significant year for commercial real estate in Italy and Europe. Investment volumes have shown a turnaround, moving away from the wait-and-see phase that characterized the period following the beginning of restrictive monetary policies aimed at curbing inflation.
The growth of investments in 2024 was supported by the ECB's interest rate cuts, which began last June.
