Considerable new investment activity continues to evolve the Downtown landscape with new luxury apartment options, hotels, restaurants, and entertainment options. In just the last five years over $3 billion has been invested downtown with an abundance of new exciting developments on the horizon. Some of the most noteworthy planned projects include the Kansas City Royals ballpark district, the South Loop Project, West Bottoms Redevelopment and Greenline KC.
