Professional Experience

Brandon Forde leads CBRE’s Advisory & Transactions accounts business in the Americas. He is focused on winning, keeping and growing accounts by providing global transaction management, portfolio strategy, portfolio services, project management and a host of value-added service lines. Mr. Forde specializes in portfolio strategy, financial analysis, organizational alignment and occupancy cost reduction. He has helped many companies maximize the productive value of their real estate portfolios, minimize total occupancy costs and streamline operations.

Previously, Mr. Forde worked at Studley as an Executive Vice President and Co-Leader of the Strategic Portfolio Solutions (SPS) group. As part of the SPS group, he was responsible for developing and fulfilling of strategic outsourcing relationships. Prior to joining Studley, Mr. Forde was a Senior Managing Director of Global Corporate Services with CBRE. He also worked as a Senior Manager with E&Y’s Real Estate Advisory Group in New York and Atlanta focusing on consulting assignments for Fortune 100 clients, as well as with CFC, an entrepreneurial financial services firm on Wall Street.

Significant clients have included American Express, AT&T, Capital One, EY, Fidelity, Nielsen, Regions Bank, RJ Reynolds, Verizon and Wells Fargo.
