Pauline Goh is the Chair of Southeast Asia at CBRE, a position she has held since February 2019. She previously served as Managing Director of Singapore (2005) and CEO of Singapore and Southeast Asia (2010), bringing extensive regional leadership experience to her current role focused on strategic client development across the region.

During her tenure as CEO of Singapore and SEA, Pauline helped grow the business through strategic expansion initiatives in Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, and the Philippines.

Her leadership achievements include establishing CBRE Singapore as a leading real estate services firm, building the Advisory Office Leasing team into one of Asia's top performers, and working with the Capital Markets team to execute numerous market-defining transactions that strengthened the company's regional reputation.
