Professional Experience
Alexander Golod is a First Vice President* in CBRE’s Midtown office specializing in lease acquisitions and dispositions, lease auditing and strategic development, the implementation of occupancy cost reduction strategies and advanced lease renewals.
As both a tenant and landlord representative, Alex has experience representing a wide variety of clientele throughout the city, from the financial sector including hedge funds, private equity firms and asset management firms to the tech sector. His ability to devise creative, effective strategies—paired with a deep understanding of the market and intuition for client needs—allows him to successfully partner with his clients and develop innovative solutions for meeting their real estate goals. In addition to tenant advisory, Alex represents numerous established owners/landlords including Boston Properties at 7 Times Square, Prudential at 180 Madison Avenue and Blackstone at 1740 Broadway.
Alex began his commercial real estate career as an intern for CBRE in the summer of 2009 following his graduation from Dickinson College where he was captain of the men’s lacrosse team.
