These assets were comprised of 2.7 million square feet of retail space and an 800,000-square-foot corporate headquarters distribution facility. The team was successful in procuring a contract of sale for the bulk of the portfolio with Staples within 75 days of being given the assignment.
Ben completed one of the largest investment sale transactions in New Jersey history, selling a 2.3 million-square-foot industrial complex for the Curtiss-Wright Corporation in Wood-Ridge, New Jersey.
