Christian Perez Giese

Christian Perez Giese is an Executive Vice President on CBRE’s industrial team working on both sides of the Texas/México border and the Director of the CBRE El Paso & Cd. Juárez office. Christian has a front row seat to the macroeconomic trends that drive nearshoring and the industrial boom along the U.S./Mexico border.

His clients include global manufacturing and logistics firms, as well as institutional investors, that operate in El Paso and Cd. Juárez. His experience of working on both sides of the border gives him a unique perspective of the local industrial real estate market and global decisions fueling the realignment of the global supply chains. Mr. Perez Giese is actively involved in the El Paso community, broadening his insights into the regional economy beyond industrial real estate.

He and his team handle some of the largest and most complex industrial projects in the region. With over 150 transactions, totaling over 22 million square feet in the past five years, he is the most active industrial broker working along the US/México border.

Christian moved to El Paso in 2002 to join the CBRE affiliate office. In 2010, his team was acquired by CBRE when they opened a corporate office. Christian is currently an Executive Vice President and Director of the CBRE office.
