Professional Experience
Dan Winzeler is Managing Director and Head of Production for CBRE’s Small Balance Lending program. Dan was hired in 2013 to build out the company’s small loan platform and to hire a national production team focused on small multifamily agency lending. The CBRE team has been the #1 Freddie Mac SBL Lender by volume since 2017.
Prior to joining CBRE, Dan was a Vice President and Region Sales Manager at GE Capital Real Estate, where he spent 17 years in various leadership positions. Dan’s team was recognized by GE leadership for numerous production awards, including a Chairman’s Award, a Pinnacle Award and a Summit Award. In 2008 he completed the company’s prestigious Manager Leadership Course (MDC) at the John F. Welch Leadership Development Center in Crotonville, New York.
Before joining GE Capital in 1996, Dan was a Vice President with NationsBank in Orlando where he was responsible for commercial real estate mortgage originations in Central Florida.
Dan graduated in 1985 from Wake Forest University with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration and finance.
