Don Brais

Mr. Brais has more than 25 years of experience in commercial mortgage finance including 20 years with Deutsche Bank Berkshire Mortgage. At Deutsche Bank, he served as Director and Chief Underwriter. He was responsible for structuring, underwriting and delivering $800 million to $1.2 billion per year in Fannie Mae DUS and structured transactions. Most recently, he was Senior Vice President of Potomac Realty Capital, LLC where he oversaw underwriting and closing of bridge, mezzanine and permanent commercial real estate loans.
