Ian joined the National Investment Team in June 2019 as a Financial Analyst in the Toronto downtown office. He is responsible for underwriting income-producing properties, deriving estimates of value and financial modeling across all asset classes nationally. Ian graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Commerce, and is currently working towards his CFA designation as a Level III Candidate.
