Professional Experience
Jeremy Scholder is a member of the CBRE Tri-State Region Retail Services Team, focusing on both retail tenant and landlord representation in New York City’s Outer Boroughs and Upper Manhattan. Current tenant representation assignments include: Santander Bank, Sprint, Charter Communications/Spectrum, Shake Shack, The Dermatology Group and Boston Market Corporation. Mr. Scholder is currently working on Landlord Agency assignments throughout the Outer Boroughs and Upper Manhattan, on behalf of Ashkenazy Acquisitions Corp., Fairstead, LARGO and Transition Acquisitons. In addition to leasing assignments, Mr. Scholder actively participates in mixed-use and retail investment sales, with ongoing and recently completed transactions in several neighborhoods of Brooklyn and Queens.
Prior to joining the CBRE Tri-State Region Retail Services Team, Mr. Scholder performed as a Research Analyst in the CBRE Long Island City Outer Boroughs Office. As a Research Analyst, Mr. Scholder had actively expanded and maintained the CBRE Outer Borough’s market data including comparables, listing information, property details as well as historical data and trends. Mr. Scholder also performed zoning analysis and site evaluation, working in conjunction with real estate professionals in the industrial, office, retail, and investment sale property sectors.
Before joining CBRE nine years ago, Mr. Scholder worked as a Project Planner/Analyst performing environmental services, including the completion of environmental permitting/compliance documents for public and private development projects for an array of organizations including wireless communication firms (Verizon Wireless, MetroPCS, Cingular, T-Mobile) and residential/commercial developers (Avalon Bay Communities, Inc., Simon Property Group, Inc.).
