Professional Experience


Kyle Kovac, with 15 years of real estate experience, is an Executive Vice President and a partner on the CBRE Northern California Capital Markets Institutional Properties team.   He specializes in the disposition of investment and development properties in the San Francisco Bay Area. Mr. Kovac has closed over $3.5 billion of transaction volume on behalf of both institutional and private clients. He is responsible for soliciting new business; executing existing business; and growing the capital markets platform within the Bay Area. 

The San Francisco Business Times recognized the accomplishments of Mr. Kovac and Mr. Taquino by naming them “2018 Brokers of the Year”. Mr. Kovac previously worked at Pacifica Commercial Realty in Santa Barbara and Grubb & Ellis, as a Vice President, and Newmark Knight Frank, as an Executive Managing Director, in San Francisco.
