Based in Singapore, Manish is responsible for leading Advisory & Transaction Services activities across the Office, Industrial and Retail business lines. As the leader of a core CBRE offering, his role includes supporting the development and implementation of Advisory & Transaction Services strategies with a focus on financial performance, platform efficiency, business development and ensuring regional and global connectivity.
Manish’s role involves partnering with country leadership and local market professionals to achieve and enhance CBRE’s market leading position across all Advisory & Transaction Services business and geographies in Asia Pacific. Key initiatives in achieving these goals have been to drive market share and revenue gains, increase business development activities, support key clients across the region, and build a highly competitive and collaborative platform to serve our professionals and clients.
In his previous role as the India Managing Director of Transaction Services, Manish was exposed to a wide variety of assignments in executing deals and managing clients for all the key markets in India. He has been with CBRE for over 18 years and has been instrumental in building the brokerage business across India.
Manish’s direction helped shape the company’s growth across the Office, Industrial and Retail brokerage businesses in the Indian markets including Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad and Chennai. Under his leadership, the transaction team in India has grown to over 250 professionals and has completed over 100 million SF of transactions.
Manish’s hands-on approach means that all of his experiences come into play for CBRE’s key clients and relationships in the region.
- Manish graduated from the Hindu College, Delhi University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts.
- He subsequently obtained his Masters in Business Administration degree from International Management Institute, New Delhi with a specialization in ‘International Marketing’.
