Professional Experience

 

Richie joined CBRE as a member of the National Investment Team - Calgary (NIT-Calgary) in 2006.  He is equipped with a variety of skills and his contributions to the team have seen NIT-Calgary close $3.0 billion worth of transactions during his six-year tenure.  NIT-Calgary convincingly leads the Calgary market in terms of market share every year, consistently handling 40% of all investment transactions for assets valued at more than $10 Million.  Richie plays an active role in the marketing and sales process, covering all asset classes while specializing in underwriting and valuations for NIT-Calgary's investment offerings.
