During his career, Mr. Morely has been involved in arranging transactions totaling more than one million square feet—representing an excess of $500 million in aggregate value. He has been recognized by NJBIZ/Costar Group in their annual list of “Top Leasing Deals” on multiple occasions. In 2003, Mr. Morley represented SGS North America in their headquarters relocation from New York City to New Jersey, a transaction that was nominated for NAIOP Deal of the Year Award.
Mr. Morley is recognized as an expert in advising Life Sciences clients and has been engaged in transactions involving major international pharmaceutical companies, as well as emerging biotechs.
