Susan Nagler-Cohen manages the company's New York Consulting Group, where she is responsible for all aspects of the group's administration including recruiting, staff development, assignment and oversight of projects, resource management, infrastructure development, and business unit planning and reporting. Prior to her focus on management, Ms. Nagler-Cohen was a Senior Consultant in the group, where she honed her strategic planning, financial structuring and transaction management skills.
Ms. Nagler-Cohen joined the Consulting Group in 1991 with a diverse background in real estate consulting and finance. Her prior work experiences include Bankers Trust Company, where she focused on portfolio restructurings and financings; Sonnenbick-Goldman Corp., where she specialized in mortgage financings and sales; and PaineWebber Group's Corporate Finance Department.
