Jez Lawson is an Associate with the CBRE National Manufactured Housing & RV Resorts (MHRV) Specialty Practice that has notched over 300 direct career park sales since the 1990s, from California to Florida throughout the Midwest and across Canada. Jez works on both the Investment Sales and Debt & Structured Finance teams of the asset class, leveraging his expertise in both aspects of the business. With a diverse client base that includes both institutional entities and private investors, he consistently delivers exceptional value through his advisory services and transactional expertise.

Jez began his commercial real estate career after graduating from SDSU with a Business Real Estate degree in 2021. His strong personal and analytical attributes give him the ability to ensure his clients get the most out of their commercial real estate transactions. Jez takes pride in bringing networks of people together – He co-founded First Fridays CRE Networking in 2022, which now has over 500 members across 50 unique real estate firms. Driven by a profound commitment to social impact and charity, Jez also dedicates his time to Full Circle Philanthropy as its Chief Operating Officer. The philanthropy focuses on advancing financial literacy among children in underprivileged communities.
