Aaron Duncan

Aaron Duncan is a First Vice President of CBRE with over 13 years’ experience as a commercial real estate advisor. Mr. Duncan is one of the leaders of the office investor services team in Columbus, OH focusing on office landlord representation with a focus on Class A assets and new development.

Aaron joined CBRE in 2020 following a growing career at JLL, where he built a market-leading Office Agency Team as an Executive Vice President of the Columbus office. Mr. Duncan’s Office Agency Team represented many high-profile office assets across Central, OH with an unrivaled focus on creative marketing and asset positioning. During his tenure at JLL, Aaron was consistently recognized as a Top Achiever for revenue production across the US.

Personal

Aaron currently resides in Dublin, OH with his wife and three children. Aaron is an avid boating enthusiast and spends as much time on the water as possible. On the rare occasion he has free time, he spends it playing golf, riding his Peloton bike, playing softball, or adventuring with his golden retriever, Gus.
