Aaron Solaimani is a Vice President at CBRE Hotels in Seattle. His primary role is to provide clients with hotel disposition services in the hospitality arena in the Northwest region of the U.S. Aaron has nearly 20 years of diversified experience in the hotel industry including operations, hotel finance, advisory and valuation, and branding. Aaron joined CBRE in 2022 after 4 years in national development/acquisitions roles for two publicly traded global hotel companies. Prior to that, Aaron spent 7 years as a state certified appraiser and hotel consultant at HVS in San Francisco, with a focus on luxury and lifestyle hotels across the U.S. and abroad. Aaron started his hospitality career in 2004 and worked for Starwood Hotels & Resorts in various operations and finance roles for 6 years throughout California and the Pacific Northwest.
