Abby Boyd Morris is an Associate with CBRE in Wichita, Kansas, where she specializes in commercial real estate brokerage. Working across all property sectors, she represents tenants and property owners in leasing, acquisitions, and dispositions, helping clients identify strategic opportunities and achieve their real estate objectives.
A Wichita native, Abby brings a unique blend of financial expertise and deep-rooted local market knowledge to her role. Before joining CBRE, she spent seven years with Walter Morris Companies, managing accounting operations and gaining extensive, hands-on experience in the Wichita commercial real estate market. Her background provides valuable insight into both the operational and investment aspects of real estate, enabling her to deliver thoughtful, client-focused solutions.
Prior to her career in commercial real estate, Abby served in the recruiting and operations department for Texas Christian University (TCU) Football, where she developed strong organizational, relationship-building, and strategic planning skills. She earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from TCU and is a graduate of Wichita Collegiate School.
Outside of work, she enjoys sports, fly-fishing, and spending time with her husband, Hunter, and their dog, Boris Morris, in Wichita.
