Abhinav Joshi

Abhinav Joshi is CBRE’s Head of Research for India, Middle East, and North Africa. He is responsible for overseeing research operations across the region, including driving thought leadership initiatives, managing market intelligence, supporting core clients, and hiring of research professionals across the country. He is a member of CBRE’s Asia Pacific Research Executive Committee and works closely with his regional counterparts in delivering quality research covering diverse sectors such as office, retail, residential, industrial, capital markets and alternate segments such as data centers, flexible spaces, co-living, and REITs. He Joined CBRE in September 2010; and has nearly 20 years of work experience. 
 
He has published over 300 research whitepapers, for CBRE across diverse sectors and trends, thereby strengthening CBRE’s thought leadership at India & regional level. He was awarded CBRE’s Asia Pacific Circle of Excellence award for Excellence in Research in 2016. He provides regular guidance to institutional investors & other stakeholders on market movement and potential investment opportunities. He has provided quality research to some of the leading global institutional investors and REITs that are active in India and regularly publishes whitepapers for leading industry bodies such as CII, CREDAI, FICCI and RICS. He holds a master’s degree from the Indian Institute of Management (Kolkata), and a graduate degree in Urban Planning from the School of Planning and Architecture (New Delhi).
