Abby Goldberger serves as Senior Director for CBRE’s Colorado market serving in Property Management Leadership. She is responsible for elevating client services, attracting new talent, creating new business opportunities and overseeing a portfolio of commercial Assets in Colorado. With more than 25 years of experience, her expertise includes opportunity analysis and diagnosis, team assembly, strategy development, execution, and delivering innovative and meaningful real estate solutions to clients.
Prior to joining CBRE’s Colorado team, Abby was Property Accountant for 3 years in CBRE’s affiliate office in East Lansing Michigan. Here Abby gained foundational training on Property & Fund Accounting.
The Colorado property management team is responsible for managing an amazing array of commercial properties spanning retail, industrial, office, MOB and life sciences properties, which exceeds 28 million sq. ft and 170 Employees.
In her career, Abby has worked across corporate, government and non-profit sectors, with direct experience in receiverships, leasing, sales, development, project management and asset management. This enables her to seamlessly integrate strategy into a viable property level plan to ensure financial performance. Abby continuously seeks opportunities to test her skills in strategy, team building and financial growth.
