Abigail McFadyen is a Vice President in CBRE’s Chicago office, specializing in office tenant representation. She advises occupiers on how to align their real estate with their business objectives, from lease negotiations and relocations to portfolio optimization and long-term workplace strategy.
Before focusing on tenants, Abigail spent most of her career on the landlord representation side of the business in Chicago working with large institutional clients such as WP Carey and Apollo Global Management to prominent local developers like The John Buck Company, R2 Companies, and Farpoint Development. Her landlord-side experience gives her a deep understanding of owner motivations and deal flexibility, enabling her to guide tenants toward the right asks and unlock value others often overlook.
A lifelong Chicagoan, Abigail brings inherent knowledge of the city’s neighborhoods, landlords, and business community. She combines local market intelligence with a strategic, analytical approach to help clients make confident, data-driven real estate
decisions.

Abigail holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Miami University in Oxford Ohio.
