Abraham Kim is an industrial real estate advisor specializing in infill submarkets across Greater Los Angeles. He represents owners, landlords, and occupiers, helping them make strategic decisions across leasing, sales, and acquisitions. His work spans lease structuring, portfolio strategy, opinions of value, and uncovering off‑market opportunities for both institutional and private clients.
Prior to joining CBRE, Abraham worked at Morgan Stanley and Samsung Construction & Trading. He holds a BA from Boston College and an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
