Adam Bell is Head of Industrial & Logistics for CBRE Thailand. As the business line leader, he is responsible for managing industrial requirements throughout the country. Over the past 15 years, Adam has worked in a variety of roles across numerous countries in Europe and Asia. 

Prior to moving to Thailand, Adam was based in Croatia and then Russia, with a remit which covered all of the Balkan nations, including Ukraine, Georgia, Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan. While working in the region, Adam carried out numerous works, including valuation, development consultancy and agency projects for a variety of multinational and government organizations.
