Adam Cummings is a 26-year-veteran of retail leasing and the Americas Retail Occupier Mall Practice. Adam will drive CBRE’s retailer-representation services in the highly specialized mall industry at a time when hundreds of malls across North America are overhauling their retailer mixes to adapt to the growth and optimization efforts of various mall mainstays. He brings to CBRE a lengthy track record of negotiating leases on behalf of national, household-name clients.
Adam came to CBRE after serving as the President and Chief Executive Officer of his own firm, Cummings Retail Consulting in Tisbury, Massachusetts. Prior to that, he served in various roles, including Managing Partner, at the Cummings and Cummings law firm, participating in lease negotiations for various, national retailers.
Adam earned his B.A. in Political Science and English from the University of Vermont and his Juris Doctor from the Vermont School of Law.
