Mr. Klever is a Vice President working in the Pacific Northwest Region of the Valuation and Advisory Services group. Mr. Klever primarily focuses on the valuation of industrial real estate in the Pacific Northwest and Alaska. Property types include core industrial properties, single and multi-tenant facilities, specialty (cold storage, food processing, R&D, life science, etc.), and buildings located in secondary and tertiary markets.
Mr. Klever also has experience in appraising office, retail, land, multi-family residential (mixed-use, conventional, LIHTC, and mobile/manufactured home communities), and mixed-use properties throughout Washington. He has performed valuations for partially completed, renovated and existing structures, retrospective, condominium interests, and partially stabilized properties.
