Adam Knoll

As Project Manager on the MultiCare Health System account, Adam is responsible for managing multiple small capital projects simultaneously from inception to close out.  He is responsible for project planning, estimating, design and construction management of infrastructure projects in both out-patient and in-patient facilities. Adam is responsible for managing the budget, schedule and scope closely to deliver successful projects to the end users.

Adam’s background is in the commercial construction industry and has worked in several roles including estimating, project coordination, and project management.  Since joining CBRE in 2013, Adam has worked as a Project Manager on the small caps MultiCare account and works closely with Engineering, IS, EVS, Clinical Engineering, Purchasing, Safety and Infection control. Project management involves defining scope with the key stake holders, selection of vendors and contractors for the build out, as well as FFE planning, ordering and installation. He coordinates all project activities to ensure completion within budget and schedule and without impact to existing clinical functions.
