Adam Nims

Adam Nims has served as Chief Executive Officer, Trammell Crow Company, CBRE’s real estate development subsidiary, since January 2026. Trammell Crow Company is the largest real estate developer in the US and has a growing presence in Europe. Its development portfolio (in-process and pipeline) exceeds $30 billion.

Prior to his promotion to CEO, Mr. Nims served as President, Texas and Data Centers for Trammell Crow Company, responsible for all development and acquisition projects for the firm’s offices in Austin, Dallas and Houston. He also oversaw the firm’s Data Centers initiative.

Mr. Nims, who joined TCC in 2006, previously served as Chief Investment Officer, President, Eastern U.S. for the firm, with oversight of teams in Atlanta, Boston, Charlotte, Chicago, New York, Orlando, Philadelphia, Raleigh/Durham and Washington D.C. Prior to that, he was President, Western U.S., responsible for the firm’s offices in Denver, Phoenix, Portland, Seattle, Los Angeles, San Francisco and Newport Beach. He has also served as the Market Leader and Managing Director for TCC Austin.

He is a member of TCC’s Executive Committee and U.S. and European Investment Committees.
