Palmer has over 20 years of industry experience and joined CBRE from LQ Commercial where he served as Principal and Managing Director. While in his role, he co-led the firm’s expansion across Florida. Throughout his career, Palmer has completed nearly 1,000 transactions, encompassing both sales and leasing across almost all industry sectors. His notable transactions include a record-breaking $92.5 million industrial sale in Fort Myers and one of the largest build-to-suit industrial leases in Tampa’s history.
