With nearly two decades of experience in investment sales, Adam’s expertise ranges from historic multifamily assets to new construction including development feasibility and adaptive reuse. Based in the firm’s West Los Angeles office, Adam leads a team of experts with specialized focus on assignments requiring knowledge and experience beyond what is offered by the typical broker and firm. Adam’s team has transacted throughout the United States and is focused on the Greater Los Angeles area with special attention to the submarkets of Mid-Wilshire/Koreatown, Downtown, Hollywood, the Westside and South Bay. He and his team have delivered market records and closed many influential transactions throughout Los Angeles and beyond. Adam is also an effective conduit within CBRE for his clients, working with professionals in each of the company’s verticals to ensure the most appropriate and effective representation.

Adam represents a wide variety of clients from private to institutional in the purchase and sale of investment properties. He and his team also have expertise in senior housing, mixed-use, net-leased retail, distressed, and adaptive reuse projects. Adam puts people first and finds ultimate fulfillment in growing together with a client. As such, the majority of his transactions include repeat clients.

In 2019, Adam sold the 2000th apartment unit of his career. Prior to joining CBRE, Adam spent 9 years at RE/MAX Commercial & Investment Realty where he reached RE/MAX Hall of Fame status and was a top producer in the firm’s Downtown Los Angeles office. Additional recognitions include RE/MAX International Platinum, RE/MAX 100% Club, and RE/MAX Executive Club status due to his diligence and client-first approach. Adam is also an experienced presenter and panelist with over a decade and a half of perspective on the Southern California commercial real estate market.

Beyond CBRE, Adam actively supports various nonprofits serving at-risk youth and the underprivileged. He is an accomplished automotive technician and hobbyist, an avid golfer and music lover. A Los Angeles native and resident of the Westside, Adam is fortunate to enjoy life with his wife Brittany and son Blake.
